Your Simple Framework for Blog Posts

Your Simple Framework for Blog Posts That Bring in Business πŸ“

Hey Reader,

I'm back with that blogging framework I promised you last week. And listen... we're keeping this simple because I know you've got a business to run!

You might have thought I forgot about my promise from last week...

NOPE! I did not.

So much is happening in the studio (I'll share at the end - so keep reading), and I wanted to check and double check to make sure I covered everything before I hit send. So here goes:

Here's the quick version if you're pressed for time:

  • Start with your client's questions
  • Choose one main topic per post
  • Follow the P.E.A.S. framework (Problem, Example, Action Steps, Success Story)
  • Include a clear next step for readers

Still here? Let me break this down for you...

The thing about blog posts that actually bring in business is that they're not just random thoughts – they're strategic content that serves your audience while growing your business.

Think of your blog post as a good conversation with a client. You wouldn't jump straight into selling, right? You'd:

  1. Listen to their problem
  2. Share your understanding
  3. Offer helpful solutions
  4. Show them how you can help

Here's what's actually happening when you use this framework:

The P.E.A.S. Framework Breakdown

Problem:

  • Start with a problem your ideal client is facing
  • Use their exact words (you know, the ones they use in DMs and discovery calls)
  • Show them you understand their frustration

Example:

  • Share a real situation where this problem showed up
  • Could be your own experience or a client's story (with permission!)
  • Make it relatable and specific

Action Steps:

  • Give them 3-5 concrete steps they can take right now
  • Include enough detail that they can actually implement
  • Be generous with your knowledge (trust me, they'll still need your help!)

Success Story:

  • Show what's possible when these steps are implemented
  • Share results (with real numbers if you have them)
  • Paint a picture of their desired outcome

Here's why this matters... When you follow this framework, you're not just creating content – you're building a resource library that:

  • Attracts your ideal clients through search
  • Answers their questions before they even ask
  • Positions you as the expert you are
  • Creates trust through valuable free content

Let me tell you a secret 🀫: This same framework works for social media posts, YouTube videos, and even podcast episodes. It's all about serving first and selling second.

Ready to put this into action? You got options:

  1. Start Simple: Write down the top 5 questions your clients always ask. There's your first 5 blog post topics!
  2. Go Deeper: Look at your Google Analytics or Search Console (if you have it set up) to see what people are already searching for on your site.
  3. Get Help: If you're thinking "This sounds great, but who has the time?" – that's literally what we do! Hit reply, and let's talk about getting your blog up and running.

Remember: You don't have to be Shakespeare to write helpful. Just be you, be helpful, and be consistent.

Want to download this so you have it for later?

Now for what's been happening in the Studio - we recently soft launched our new website with our updated services and are super excited to share. Check it out, hit reply, and let me know what you think! πŸ€—

Keep growing,

P.S. Want to make sure you never lose a blog post? Set up those automatic backups! (You knew that was coming, right? πŸ˜‰)

Hey Reader, We just wrapped up our branding series, after discussing brand image AND brand voice. And it's safe to say you're basically a branding expert now! This week, we're moving into the second pillar of this seriesβ€”WEBSITES. And listen... I know building a website can feel overwhelming. There are so many options, so many pages you could create, so many things people tell you that you "must have." But here's the thing: Your website doesn't need to be complicated to be effective. A Peek...

Hey Reader! Over the last couple of weeks we talked about brand image – your logos, colors, and fonts... This week, we're diving into the other half of your brand equation: your brand VOICE. And here's the thing... You can have the most beautiful brand image in the world, but if your voice doesn't match or isn't consistent, your brand will feel off, and people won't connect with you the way they should. Quick version if you're short on time: Your brand voice is HOW you communicate across all...

Hey Reader! Remember last week when we talked about brand image and brand voice needing to work together? Well, this week we're getting practical. Like, actual-steps-to-take practical. Because here's what I see happen all the time: You know your brand needs to be consistent, but every time you sit down to create something, you're like... "Wait, which blue was I using? Was it this one or that one? And where did I save that logo file again?" Any of that sound familiar? Quick version if you're...
