The Better Way To Create Content For Business Owners

Hey Hey Reader,

Happy 2026! I hope you had a restful break and are feeling recharged for the new year.

Tips Tuesday is officially back, and we're picking up where we left off - diving into the Content pillar!

Today, I'm sharing something that's going to change how you think about content creation: how to create consistent content without burning out.

Quick Overview:

  • You don't need to create unique content for every platform
  • Planning + Batching + Repurposing = Sustainable content creation
  • One piece of core content can become 10+ pieces across platforms
  • I'm breaking down my exact system (with real examples)

Here's what I hear from business owners constantly:

"I know I need to create content consistently, but I don't have time."

"I feel like I'm always scrambling for what to post."

"Creating content for every platform feels impossible."

Sound familiar?

The problem isn't that you're bad at content creation.

The problem is you're approaching it in a way that's not sustainable.

You're trying to create fresh, unique content for every single platform, every single time.

...And that's exhausting.

There's a Better Way

What if I told you that you could spend 3-4 hours per week and generate a month's worth of content across multiple platforms?

That's exactly what I do in the studio, and it's what I'm teaching you this week.

The three-pillar system:

1. Planning - Decide what you're creating (and when) so you're not staring at a blank screen daily

2. Batching - Create multiple pieces at once instead of one at a time, saving time and mental energy

3. Repurposing - Turn one piece of core content into 10+ pieces across platforms

Here's a real example from my business:

Every week, I write one Tips Tuesday email (like this one!). That's my core content.

But from that ONE email, I create:

  • A YouTube video
  • A blog post (same content, optimized for SEO)
  • 5-7 social media posts (key points pulled out)
  • 3-4 quote graphics
  • Short video clips for YouTube Shorts
  • And more

One piece of core content = 15+ pieces of distributed content.

That's the power of strategic repurposing, and it's why I can maintain consistent content without losing my mind.

Want the Full Breakdown?

I've created both a detailed blog post and a video walking through:

  • How to plan content 2-4 weeks ahead (without feeling rigid)
  • The exact batching process I use (including how to prep and stay focused)
  • My complete repurposing strategy with step-by-step examples
  • Common mistakes to avoid
  • How to choose your core content format
  • Action steps to implement this week

Coming Next Week: The PEAS Framework

Once you have your content creation system down (planning + batching + repurposing), the next question is: what makes content that actually brings in clients?

Next week, I'm sharing the PEAS Framework - my simple structure for creating blog posts (or any content) that converts readers into clients.

This framework takes the guesswork out of what to include in your content so it's not just informative, but actually drives business.

You're not going to want to miss this one.

Hey Reader, Welcome back to Tips Tuesday. This week, we’re wrapping up our content series by talking about something I see all the time with service providers: You’re creating content that informs, but it doesn’t convert. People read your post, think “that was helpful” and move on. No calls booked. No inquiries. No next step. The issue usually isn’t your expertise. It’s the structure... Most business blog posts don’t convert because they: Explain ideas without solving a clear problem Lack...

Hello. Hey. Hai Reader 👋🏽, We're wrapping up our Tips Tuesday series for 2025 today, and I wanted to end on something that I hope is going to save you SO much frustration in 2026: Understanding the difference between systems and tools. Because here's what I see happen constantly... Business owners invest in all the "right" tools, but their business still feels chaotic. Projects still fall through the cracks. Nothing feels smooth or efficient. And they think 🤔, "Maybe I need a BETTER tool."...

Hey Reader, We've spent the last few weeks talking about websites. We've covered the essential pages you need, the mistakes that cost you clients, and now it's time for the big question: Is your website actually pulling its weight in your business? Because here's the thing... You can have a beautiful website with all the right pages and zero mistakes, but if it's not helping you reach your business goals, something's still not right. The summary: Your website should be generating leads and...
